From her initial visit through final closing, Karen’s guidance through what could be an emotional and hectic time helped to move this process through smoothly. Working with professionals to stage and suggest repairs and changes, she helped us prepare our home for open houses and showings. The process resulted in multiple offers at a higher than asking price, which Karen successfully navigated us through. The experience was similar when searching for a new home. Karen took my requirements and filtered through the many offerings. We visited 8-10 homes, and she helped me look at them critically to understand the pros and cons of each. The home I chose had just come on the market, and having met most of my criteria, Karen worked quickly to get an offer put together. From there, it went through inspections and repairs, including a new septic system. After purchase, Karen has kept in touch, providing information on a number of vendors for future repairs and improvements.
